The Souper Bowl of caring began with a simple prayer from a single youth group:
“Lord, as we enjoy the Super Bowl Football game, help us be mindful of those without a bowl of soup to eat.”
Help us Tackle Hunger
Be a part of this movement that is sharing God’s love with those in need and please give generously Sunday, February 3, 2019.
Our youth will be ready with soup pots in hand. Remember, the winners of the this game are the people in our community. The number of Americans living in food-insecure households is now over 46 Million. That translates to 1 in 8 people, 1 in 6 children struggle with hunger. Let’s work together to solve this problem.
Bring cans of Soup or other non-perishable food and a donation!
